The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is TMR3 LLC d/b/a The Mulligan Report, with a principal address of 656 Levering Street, Blue Bell, PA 19422 (“Sponsor”).
The 2026 Quarterly Golf Ball Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 AM Central Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
The Promotion Period is divided into four (4) quarter-long entry intervals (each a “Sweepstakes Quarter”):
Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required.
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by submitting their valid email address to subscribe to The Mulligan Report newsletter at themulliganreport.com. Subscription to the newsletter is free; entry via email subscription constitutes the no-purchase-necessary method of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Quarter, regardless of method of entry, for a maximum of four (4) entries per person during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) prize per winner.
All email addresses are subject to verification prior to being allocated an entry. Automatic, programmed, robotic, or other similar means of entry are prohibited. Individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
One (1) prize will be awarded per Sweepstakes Quarter, for a total of four (4) prizes during the Promotion Period.
Each prize consists of three (3) dozen Titleist® brand golf balls, model of the winner’s choice (subject to availability). Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $180.00 USD.
Standard (non-express) shipping within the continental United States will be paid for by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other location outside the continental United States.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion of it) for an alternative prize of comparable or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes (federal, state, or local) associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if the value of the prize, combined with any other Sponsor-issued prizes received in the calendar year, equals or exceeds $600.
One (1) potential winner will be selected per Sweepstakes Quarter in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during that Sweepstakes Quarter. Drawings will occur within fourteen (14) days following the close of each Sweepstakes Quarter.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes Quarter.
The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing date. The potential winner is subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before the prize will be awarded.
The potential winner must follow the directions in the Prize Acceptance Form provided by Sponsor and email or fax all completed forms, correctly filled out and signed, and provide any additional information that may be required, to Sponsor within three (3) days of being notified as a potential winner. This may include, but is not limited to, an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility and a Release of Liability and Publicity Rights (where lawful).
Failure to respond within the time specified, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, and another entry will be randomly selected, until the prize has been awarded within a commercially reasonable time.
Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of any selected entrant to receive notification, or for any failure of Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response.
By entering, all entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will handle entrant personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, located at themulliganreport.com/legal.html#privacy.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade by Sponsor without further compensation, notification, or permission.
By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor, its subsidiaries, parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of all such entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the prize.
The winner acknowledges that none of the Released Parties has made or is in any way responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee, or warranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize awarded, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (a) computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions, or faulty network connections, whether human or technical in nature; or (b) late, incorrect, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize claims.
If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct drawings to award remaining prizes using all legitimate and eligible entries received as of the date of action taken by Sponsor.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
